GEORGIA PEDIATRIC PROGRAM

GAPP is a Medicaid program that provides home care services to medically fragile children in need of personal nursing care with NO COST to the family.

IN-HOME NURSING

The Georgia Pediatric In-Home Nursing Program services medically fragile children, under 21 years of age. The children must require personal nursing care and currently be receiving physician-ordered services to be considered eligible for this program.
